spiking on them? if you didn't replace the condenser, that could very well
be the problem, they can lose the ability to hold a charge when warm, this
usually will show up as a point burning issue after a short while. Remember
that most irritating hard to nail down problems are simple electrical

it's not the ability to hold charge that counts, it's that the dielectric
(the insulator between the plates) punches through on the high voltage
transients. if a plug doesn't fire these voltages can be very high (100's
of volts)
