Axle Shaft U-Joints

Hopefully this coming weekend I'm going to get the u-joints changed on my 71
TR6 axle shafts.  I looked through the Bently manual last night and the job
looks pretty straight forward.  Are there any difficulties I should be aware
of before starting?  Anything else I should do while I have the rear end
apart?
