I work for a CAT competitor, John Deere. We have a large selection of bolts,
but do not have the full line of any of them, as the parts we carry are the
ones that match the equipment and repair needs. This means that we may have
a ton of 3/8-24 by 3/4", but no 3/8-24 by 1". The parts counter folks are
great at looking up parts by machine, but ask them for a bolt by size, and
they scratch their heads. The CAT people are the same.
