Bob : Well, you've uncovered my secret ! I haven't had sidecurtains on the car in many years, so it's entirely possible my windshield has sagged and I've never noticed. Still, that wouldn't explain why your stanchion measurement was essentially the same as mine. S'pose different cars actually had the windshield mounted at different angles ?
