Triumph colour - BRG

Hello Listers:
In keeping with the discussion on Triumph colours, does anyone have any
information on the very dark, almost black, British racing green seen on
some TRs? Piggot mentions this colour in his book and indicates that it may
have Jaguar origins. The TR BRGs are lighter, more green than black.
Anyone have leads on this darker, black/green BRG?
