That's more than the core charge for 6 injectors, so yes assuming nothing
is trashed.  

At a minimum the set should include these irreplacable parts:

6 injectors
complete PI metering unit
distributor pedestal (taps off the cam gear to drive the metering unit)
intake manifolds (3 castings with throttle linkages)
air manifold assembly

You can live without:

fuel pump (you ought to get a new or rebuilt Bosch pump)
air cleaner assembly (I clamped a K&N filter on the end of my air manifold)
baffled fuel tank 
fuel pressure regulator (generic)
fuel filter (generic)
fuel lines & injector pipes (I use braided fuel line everywhere. With fuel
pressure over 100 psi old or cheap lines are a bad idea.)
impact fuel pump cut-out switch (generic)


You might want to consider that factory PI cars had a:

different rear axle ratio (and speedometer) than carbureted cars.
9.5:1 compression ratio
longer duration camshaft
different distributor
