According to the Haynes manual the stock springs are: Front (TR 250/5): 10.28" long, 6 coils , and rated at 312 lb/in. Front (TR 6): 10.03" long,) 5-1/4 coils (TR 6), and rated at 312 lb/in Rear (TR 250/5/6: 10.92" long, 6-3/4 coils, and rated at 349 lb/in. Haynes only list one rear spring , but I believe that the later TR 6 had some tweaks done to reduce the famous rear squat. Ken in Calif. |
