saved messages

I always delete all messages.........but save appropriate notes and tech
stuff to floppy.
then i can just pick the floppy for use anytime on any subject.  Think I
have enuf stuff saved now for work on just about anything........that way am
not loading up my hard drive with stuff........course I have an older puter
with not much room on hard drive
