Puzzeled over CC#s

Hello,

I noticed this weekend when checking the engine of my TR-6 that there's a
small aluminum plate riveted to the fire wall on the passenger side.  It says
69029 cc.   My cc number on the door plate is 76079Lcc.  
Does anyone know what the firewall plate is? (I'm curious)
