Many, many moons ago I place an order for this book on Amazon.com even
though it was long out of print. I just got an email from them that they
have located it. I no longer need it since I found a copy elsewhere.

If anyone out there wants it, Amazon wants $47.98 (including shipping).
Hopefully I could re-direct my shipping instructions so that they could send
it to you direct, avoiding any additional charges.  So if anyone wants it,
drop me an email -- otherwise I'll just tell Amazon "no thanks".
