John,
I clarification to my previous post - If you are putting this combo in a '74
TR6, don't mill the head as your compression ratio will be ok. As for the local
smog tester, while he does have info on what equipment was on a '74 (so don't
take off your EGR valve), its unlikely that he will notice the '69 block. If
you are in Calif, make sure that they do the initial smog test offline.
Otherwise,
if you fail, the results are sent to the state, you are branded a
"gross-polluter",
ansd things get really nasty.
