Hi Jonathan,
Make sure your distributor is in right. I did that once with a Mini. I put
the rotor towards TDC on #1. Wrong TDC. It was 180º out of sync. Take the
valve cover off and watch the valves on #1 cyl. The rotor should point at #1
plug wire a half a stroke after the intake valve closes.
