It's obvious the backing plates have been off before. I have the Girling 10" brakes and I don't trust the orientation they were in when I took them apart. Are the adjuster and slave cylinder on a level plane or is the adjuster higher than the slave? The later puts the emergency brake cable at a more level angle the former looks like the diagrams in the book. TIA Andy |
