Listers, I have the opportunity to by a Stag engine on which the timing chain has broken. Is this an "interference engine (i.e.. pistons crashing into valves producing wallet emptying results) or an engine that one simply replaces said chain and resets timing? The price is right ($75) and the eventual result would PROBABLY be offered for sale to a lister. (even thought I have always entertained the thought of a truly Triumph powered TR8). Brian H.
