I believe Michael is correct. The current list of 'bogus' newsgroups in news.announce.newsgroups contains an entry for "rec.autos.makers.triumph", with the comment "no proposal". The preface to that document was an eye opener for me. I had no idea we now had "USENET police". Does anyone know how long this has been true, and who is David C. Lawrence ?
