You don't say what your asking price will be, but my own personal opinion
is to go with top frame cover, tonneau and floor mats. All of those are a: 
useful and b: very likely to have been on the car from new. Depending on
the luggage rack, that could result in an irreversible modification (read: 
HOLES) to the trunk lid for something that a lot of folks could care less
about. The rear seat cushion is, frankly, almost useless. The wire wheels
are attractive, but it's a big investment that I'm willing to bet wouldn't
be recoverable. Same with the rack and rear seat.

That's how I'd view it. YMMV, etc.
