Ted Schumaker has them for 12.00 a piece, just bought a couple for my TR6

Replace the bushings under the u-bolts that hold it to the frame. There are
rubber ones like OE or get the metal ones and it'll never ever move again.
I have the metal ones.

Subject: TR6 steering rack question
My TR6 steering rack slides back and forth when I hit a bump and the steerin
g
wheel is turned putting pressure on the rack the direction that it has room
to slide. I have torqued down the bolts as tight as I could but the rack
will still move once in a while. What is the solution to this?
