Update, I filled the reservoir with brake fluid and tried to bleed the
brakes with no luck. When the push rod went in it stuck again. I took it
all apart and it looks fine. The new rubber seal is really tight and hard
to push in, but it does go in. The cylinder looks fine, I honed it very
lightly when I did the rebuild. Could this be another kit from VB that has
parts that are not exact to OEM specifications like the caliper rebuild kit
that I purchased from VB? BTW I bought a new caliper rebuild kit from
spitbits and it fit like a glove and was very easy to install.
Thanks
Rob
