One other tip in addition to Gary's:

Make sure your floorpans are roughly the same level front to back as well as
height, otherwise you'll have a bitch of a time getting the holes in the
gearbox cover to line up with the cage nuts on the new floors.

And yes you're right, I found out the hard way.
