Bob, no more cars for me.....I'm currently undergoing intense therapy
right now to try and cure me of that many thousands of dollars a month
habit!!!! Doctors tell me that if I can manage to abstane for a year I
have a good chance of full recovery........
> I just finished looking through the Jan 2000 issue of Classic & Sports Car
> Magazine and they had 2 interesting articles. The first was on 3 Triumphs
> being auctioned off (12/6) in England. One was a 1965 "one off" Triumph
> Fury
> and the other 2 were 1950 Triumph TRX Bullets. The Fury eventually evolved
> into the Stag. The Bullets had a definite Sci-Fi look to them. The other
> article was on a grave yard found in the hills of North Carolina stuffed
> with over 120 Jags, Healeys and Triumphs plus over 200 motorcycles
> including
> Triumphs, BSA's, Nortons and a vintage Ariel. The crime of it is, the owner
> considers himself a collector and "refuses" to sell any of them even though
> none have been restored in all the years the writer has been visiting the
> yard. It took the fellow submitting the pictures and write up, 8 years to
> get him to sell 2 Jags. Anyone in NC know where this place is?
