As with most TR's you have to take the long route. Pull the control
head and steering wheel. You might be able to just pull them part way,
also if you pull the control head all the way, attach a wire or cord as
a future "pull through" cord. Much easier later that way. You can try
to remove the dash with the steering wheel attached, I can't remember if
I was able to do it that way the last time or not. Good luck
