A few weeks ago an advertisement in our local newspaper announced an upcoming Tuesday night public auction. At the bottom of the list of itemized things for sale it said "MGA? - T?" My neighbor purchased a complete rust-free MG TD for $1100 that had been sitting since 1968. The partially dismantled MGA went for $300, a solid 1967 MGB sold for $1000. A cardboard box containing various parts went for $2. At the bottom of the box was a brand new MGA wiring harness still in the MOSS wrappings. |
