data plates stamped? Where - Who?

I need to get a new data plate stamped and I remember it being said on the
list about someone who does this like the original type. I am finishing a
car started by someone else years age and the body number tag is missing.
Good news is the data/com plate is here and I've got a new one to replace it
that needs stamping.
