Question about Rimmer Bros catalog

I noticed that Rimmers lists two parts that seem to be the same, but
different prices.  Can anyone explain the difference between these two
items:

850281  +LH Full Out/Sill Orig          35.00
850281P LH Full Sill                    19.00

What's the meaning of the "P" and "+"?  I can't find an explanation anywhere
in their catalog.
