TR-3 W Wheel Adapters

I confess to not owning a Triumph any longer.  I did drive a TR-3 daily for
several years long ago but now am the sole support of an MGTC.  At any rate,
I am looking for a set of WORN OUT TR-3 wire wheel adapters.  This is for a
trailer project so no torque will be transmitted.  Please reply off list
with particulars.
