I'm not near my books at the moment, but I don't think the "vernier"
adjustment on the Delco distributor of a Spitfire is the same (clicks per
fortnight or whatever scale one wants to use). Might be more like 1 click
equals 1 degree with the Delco, but I'm not sure. Anyone near their early
Spitfire owner's manual?
