We are in the process of restoring our TR-3A (TS58476LO). We have known
that the engine in this car is not correct, and we believe it is from a TR-4
or 4A. The engine number is CT40153E. Is anyone interested in this engine.
We ran this car for a couple of years after we bought it in 1986 and it ran
strong with no obvious problems and oil consumption was low. However we
are trying to restore the car as original and prefer to have the correct
engine. We will either sell it outright or trade it for the correct TR-3A
unit, which must have a commision number later than TS58476.
