Lucas made distributors, switches, etc as the oem for Triumph,MG, et.al.
Lucas Aftermarket Operations in the US (and elsewhere?) marketed ignition,
filters,brakes, etc. for many other makes. Some i suspect the even
manufactured for the aftermarket. So your DDB702 is the marketing number
for a dizzy cap for a Delco dizzy. they have part numbers for tune-up parts
for everything from Alfas to Volvos.
