Larry,
Based on the description of the RATTY CRAPPY condition of this
car, its value is ZERO (or less). You will spend much more getting
it restored than it would cost to find a nice one. You will have so many
problems fixing up this one that you will give up.

Get a nice one. Even the "nice" ones have a ton of restoration work
to be done, so the hands-on aspect is still there! Ask me how I know....

This car is good for mechanical parts only. And who knows what evils lurk
inside the engine and trans!

HAY 250 LOVERS
FOUND A 68 TR250 WHEN LOOKING FOR A 6. NOT IN GREAT SHAPE. MY BIGGEST
CONCERN IS THE FRAME. THE "WISH BONE?" ON THE DRIVER SIDE IRS IS
COMPLETELY PULLED OUT OF THE FRAME. THE ENTIRE FRAME IS COVERED WITH
HEAVY RUST.
THE FLOOR BOARDS, INNER AND OUTER ROCKERS NEED REPLACED. EVERY FENDER
AND DOOR HAVE BUBBLING IN THEM.
THE TOP IS FAIR. THE SEATS NEED RECOVERED AND ALSO NEW CARPET. DASH IS
OK AND INTERIOR PANELS ARE GOOD.
MOST EVERYTHING WORKS. ENGINE RUNS GREAT AND I CAN GO THROUGH THE SHIFT
PATTERN FINE.
I KNOW IT'S HARD WITHOUT SEEING THE CAR. BUT MY INFORMATION IS OLD. MY
BOOK FROM LATE 80'S SAID RESTORABLE CONDITION $750 TO $1200. WITH A 5
YEAR PROJECTION OF +5%.
THE OWNERS PURCHASED IT 5 YEARS AGO FOR $3500 WITH A POOR COVER-UP
RESTORATION. IT'S BEEN PARKED FOR THIS TIME IN A CEMENT FLOOR GARAGE.
THIS IS WERE THE DAMAGE HAS HAPPENED.
I'LL DO 95% OF THE WORK. IT WILL BE A FRAME UP RESTORATION.
