and doesn't yet have a room, I received the following
email from Terry John (Tpjohn13@aol.com) who will be
releasing the room he had been reserving. I'd suggest
sending him an email if you would like to have him
transfer his reservation to your name.

Up until yesterday, I had planned to go to the VTR convention in
Portland. I
did not register with you yet, but did reserve a room at the Holiday
Inn. I
was thinking that rather than cancel the room that someone going to the
convention who doesn't have a room yet could use this reservation.
Please let me know ASAP so I can either transfer the name or cancel the
room.
