I tried it out and came up with these anagrams:

Triumph TR Eight =      I, the right Trump
                     or         Tripe might hurt

Triumph TR Seven =      Triumph Revnest
                       or       Him rev 'n sputter
        or (my favorite)        Prevent him rust !
