Align all 4 TR6 wheels?

I'm heading for the alignment shop.  My TR6 has 82,000 original miles.  I'd
say the rear camber looks pretty normal (without much sag).  The outsides
of the front tires are wearing.  The rear tires look fine.  The car is
tracking fine.  So, do I worry about a rear-end alignment?  Is it
considered *routine* to align all four wheels, or only under special
circumstances?
