I wrote: My son and I struggled mightly for about twenty minutes to get the first half of the hooks for one seat attached.... Took about three minutes to finish the first seat. Just so you don't think it's a fluke, it took me about five minutes last night to install a new diaphragm in the other seat. It took me longer to get the old one out, even though I cut it into pieces with a box knife first...
