Miscellaneous TR6 Questions

Dear Listers,
        I need advice on a few questions. i'm doing a body-off restoration on
my 76 TR6 that has racked up approx. 50k miles. 
1. with the tranny pulled (no o/d), i figured i'd get it serviced. it
   worked fine prior to removal. what should be done while they have it?
2. what color is the engine and manifold?
3. for instrument restoration, i've seen the nissonger name used, but i
   thought there was also a place listed in albuquerque, nm. for work to
   be done. anybody have the name?
