Patrick,
I recently replaced all 6 of my u joints. The hard part is getting at them,
then getting them out. Since you have solved the 2 hardest problems, I
recommend that you replace it with a new one.
Yes, if you clean out all the old grease from the cupsand the needle rollers
and then lay in the rollers with new grease, you could probably get away
with using the old one, but why? they are only $18 and the effort of
reinstalling
the used part is just as great as a new one.

Hello again,
I'm in the process of cleaning up my rear hubs and removed the u-joints.
Problem is that when I tapped it out, a little cup came out with a bunch of
little pins. I suppose those are the bearings. My question is, is it
possible to put it back together? How would I do so. I am strapped for cash
so I would rather do it myself.
