I agree with the others that you have a fit problem not a troque requirement issue, but I wanted to mention that you should not use a troque wrench at its highest value or lowest for that matter. All wrenchs when pushed to the end of their scale give false readings. Rule of thumb is work with in 80% of top or bottom of range. You should use a wrench that has a range of at least a 100 ft lbs to do the rod caps. regards mark Luichinger |
