My Bentley reprint of the TR2/3 manual says to tighten until "resistance
is felt to hub rotation" then back off one flat.
My Haynes TR2-4 manual says to tighten to 10 ft lb, then back off 1 1/2
to 2 flats.
BTW, you are setting end play or 'float', not runout.
