Spit Swing Spring Camber

Can someone tell me what the proper free spring camber is for a Spitfire
IV or 1500 swing spring?  In one of my books (Spit and GT6 Guide to
Originality, John Thomason) the GT6 MkIII swing spring is listed at 3.47
inches but they don't list anything for the Spitfire swing spring.  Is
it the same?

Also, I assume I should measure this camber from a centerline drawn
threw the the eyelets, right?
