Is that VBs fault or VBs supplier. Its VBs suppliers fault. VB should pay
you back for your other purchase and jump up and down on thier supplier for
selling them (VB) non-conforming material. Head bolts have a specific
strength and if they didn't have that strength then VBs supplier should pay
VB back for your misfortune after VB pays you, OR the supplier should pay
you directly and save VB the hassle of money in money out. Paper work gets
so expensive.
