Hi, Ken,
I had exactly the same problem on my saloon. The leakage wasn't so bad
as to get to the paint but there was also leakage past the main seal so
the fluid level moved in the reservoir.
So, at vast expense, I bought an NOS master and the £$*&% thing was just
as bad. I sent it back and re-rubbered the old master.
