Yes, I used them to re-chrome the front bumper of my Mk I Spit. They
did a very nice job straightening it out, especially considering they
did not have a template or buck to work from. OTOH, I was only
partially satisfied with the chrome plating itself. It was pretty
thin near the ends, and you could see where the copper plate
underneath was faintly showing through. My neighbor also had less
than stellar results with them. Of course, they do tend to be a
little cheaper than some other shops. I would give them a "qualified"
approval - make sure you ask for triple chrome plating.

Has anyone had any experience with The Bumper Boyz
in Los Angeles, or can anyone recommend a good chrome
plater. Also, my rear tailight assemblies are pitted
(surprise:). Does anyone know of a shop that can
plate these assemblies?
