Once I get the clutch sort of working after a complete rebuild, I...
1. Unbolt the 2 bolts holding the slave bracket to the trans
2. Rotate the slave/bracket to place the bleed straight up
3. Push the rod into the slave, loosen/tighten bleed screw till no bubbles
Now you KNOW there is no air in the darn thing.
This can be done with the car on the ground, soemetimes a slight
raise of the LF. Resting the rod on a can, holding slave in the left
and a 7/16 box end in the right helps, as you can work the
bleed screw while holding the pressure.
NOTE: even if the bleed screw is at the top, not all these slave's
will bleed completely. That pea sized air bubble will cause
all sorts of problems.
