I noticed putting the car away last fall that the wire from the top of the solenoid to the relay (# 39 on the colour chart I think), has most of it's insulation melted off. The relay is only a couple of years old, so it's likely not at fault. It's more likely that somebody (ok me) connected it wrong. Which wire connector on the relay should the solenoid be connected to?
