Wheels

Thanks to those who responded to the Spitfire Slotted wheel question.  

I looked in every source at my disposal and didn't see a single picture
of any Spitfires with those wheels.  Perhaps the 1976 Spits weren't very
photogenic!

Does anybody know if those wheels were used exclusively on the Spits or
were they borrowed from another model?
