Part on heater box needed

I am looking for a part that is attached to the axle of the bottom flap
valve of the heater box.  The part is a 2"-3"cast metal lever mechanism
that slides on to the axle of the heater flap and then connects to the
defrost / heater cable.  All I need is the 2-3 inch lever.

I have looked in the catalogs and it is not listed as a part for sale.
