If you really want chrome wires, you will have to disassemble the wheel,
throw away the spokes, ( I've yet to see a spoke that could or should be
re-used) chrome the hub and rim and replace spokes with new chromed
ones. If you're lucky the chrome will match. It's not a good idea for
many reasons, most of them $$$ and skill and time. Do not chrome the
wheel in it's entirety.
Before you even consider it do a close inspection of all splined
surfaces for wear. These do wear out and will slip. Also, if you want to
use them as is, take a small hard tool and gently "plink" each spoke. On
a sound wheel each spoke will respond with a good ping, ideally of the
same frequency (tone). Any "flat" sounding ones are loose and probably
damaged.
Also, if you have access to a car with a splined hub, mount the wheels
and spin them to check for run out etc. (lateral and vertical).
One other thing, what did they come off of?? Different cars required
different offsets to fit properly.
