 TRW's says it will pay 288 pence a share, or $47.35, for Lucas' American
Depositary Receipts.


Let's see....  100 pence/ British pound = 2.88 pounds per share.  That ends
up being an exchange rate of $16.33/pound.  Not a bad deal for Lucas.
Their electrical engineering may be suspect but their merger/acquisition
team is clever!!!  ;-))))
