the colour results out of the use of surface protector, probably some wax. clean it off using lighter fuel or equal detergents. Fit the bearing, use the camshaft to ream it in. This is done by inserting the cam and without exerting any pressure turniong it slowely. make sure all swarf if anty is carefully cleaned of. Cheers, Gernot |
