In a pinch you can make a pseudo posi-drive screw driver, by grinding a bit of point off a Philips screw driver. Not quite as good as the real thing, but pretty close and your screws will thank you. I've often wondered why most of the world latched on to Philips heads, when Posi-drive is so similar and yet superior. Tom Gentry Life is too short to not have posi-drive drivers!
