I got my hand-made hub puller today. Took it to a small-job shop, had them weld a cap on, the nut on that cap, and a nut on the end of my 5/8" steel rod. Can't wait to try it out. However, before I do, what should I look for? People talk about the "pop" when it comes off. Any other things to be careful of/looking for? Thanks.
